It is built around the neuroscience of your brain in relation to mental health issues and what you can do to maintain healthy mental health.
Everyone tells us that they don't want to join a group due to their issues but groupwork is our biggest success rate for change.
You are 'buddied' with someone on your first week so that the following week you will not feel as isolated.
The workshops are a mix of teaching - only about 15 minutes, thinking about what has been good in the last week and discussion followed by an activity based on relaxation.
Its such fun!!
